• 6-step wizard with a conditional Portfolio step visible only for Designer and Frontend roles
• Seniority dropdown options change based on years of experience (Slider with greaterThanOrEqual rule)
• Portfolio URL and file upload fields conditionally shown for Designer/Frontend via an or condition
• Field array for previous roles (company, title, duration)
• Computed read-only field averaging four self-assessment Rating fields via $fn.averageRatings()
• File upload for resume with PDF/DOCX validation
